1. Where do the products come from?

Parurupa produces in Italy in a company with years of experience and Italian family tradition. It is our concern to offer the highest quality products.

2. How long are the delivery times?

It depends on the number of items ordered, your location and whether you choose standard shipping. Since orders are handed over to local carriers for the final leg of delivery, tracking may not be available for every step of the delivery.

We make every effort to ensure that items have a delivery time of 6-20 days .

After an order has been successfully paid for and confirmed , you will see the estimated delivery time and shipping costs on your order confirmation. You will also receive an order confirmation that shows the estimated processing time for your order.

The warehouse may take 1-3 days, to process your order. You will receive a message once your order has been shipped.

Once a package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification informing you of the estimated delivery time of the package. We will also give you the tracking number when it is available. You can see the estimated delivery time for each package in your order history at the same time.

In most cases your order will be delivered within the estimated delivery time. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the current delivery date.
