Refund policy

Right of return

Free returns: You can return unused products free of charge within 14 days of receipt, provided that the safety label is intact:

• The security label is intact.
  
• The metal fittings are not scratched.
  
• The product remains unused and is in its original packaging.
  

Processing fee for international returns: For returns from non-EU countries, a fee of CHF 50 will be charged. This will be deducted from your refund.

Return conditions:All items must be returned in mint condition and unused with all original packaging (including boxes and dust bags). Labels and protective film must still be attached to the hardware.

We cannot exchange or refund items that show signs of use, are damaged, are not in their original packaging or are missing their packaging.

Refusal of returns: Parurupa reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our guidelines. Unaccepted returns may be returned at your expense and are non-refundable.

Refunds: Refunds will be made to the payment method used to make the purchase. Returns received after the 14-day period are non-refundable but can be exchanged for an online shop credit.

Purchases madethrough partner retailers: For purchases made through partner retail shops, the specific return/cancellation policy of the respective retailer applies. Returns in this case cannot be made directly to us.
